Matthew is cooking!

Matthew moved into an apartment this summer. So far he's cooked spaghetti and this week he tackled my hot chicken rice casserole! He said it turned out OK. I'm so impressed with his desire to cook! I guess cooking and chemistry kinda go along together and cooking might come easily for him. I'll have to think of other meals he can try - and buy him more cooking stuff!
